Executive Director

Your work will be to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. You will defines long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients; and also manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
  • Manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company.
  • Seeking out collaborations and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses a Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Administration and concentrating on Management and Marketing, with at least 1.5 years’ experience.
  • Should portray excellent planning, analytical and execution skills.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate
  • Must have impeccable eye to spellings and grammar.
